Christian Leaders College Fees

The Christian Leaders College fees are designed to keep you out of college debt!

Christian Leaders College offers tuition-free courses supported by Vision Partners. Since our courses and materials are supported through donations, all that is left is the administration expense of each degree. Therefore, the student is responsible for these administration fees.

Christian Leaders College is aware that even the administration fees are challenging to some of our students. Therefore, we have a grant program that may help a student pay the administration fees.

Each student is guided through acceptance, enrollment, grant possibilities, and the payment of degree fees in the Christian Leaders College Admissions Class.

Christian Leaders College Admissions Class

After you set up an account with either Christian Leaders Institute or Christian Leaders College, you will enroll in MIN 015 – Christian Leaders College Admissions Class. This class will guide you through the steps of application, acceptance, and enrollment. In this class, you will connect to the college administrative staff. After you have paid all your fees and completed the CLC Admissions Class, you will enroll in your degree program.

There are two primary administration fees that cover admissions to the degree program. The Application Fee, the Degree Administration Fee

Some students may be eligible to take part in our transfer degree option if they have previously earned a degree at another institution. A $250 transfer fee would apply for these students.

Christian Leaders College Fees

Application Fee

The Application Fee covers the admissions process into the college.

Application Fee: $125

  • Establishing your readiness credentials
  • Verifying your identity
  • Fulfilling a basic writing proficiency activity for English
  • Completing the Level 3 Recommendation Process

Degree Administration Fee

The Degree Administration Fee covers the expense of your degree. The expense is determined by the administrative effort needed to guide you through your degree program. When you pay for enrollment into a degree program, you have paid the administration fees necessary to fulfill your obligations.

Degree Administration Fees:

Associate Degree: $1,500

Bachelor Degree: $1,500

Administration Fees covers:

  • Staff and professor involvement in the completion of required courses and credits of a degree program.
  • The detailing of transferring any previous high school or college credits that can be applied to your degree program
  • College Administration, Help Desk, and Administration Staff
  • College Accreditation Journey, Staff, and Expenses
  • College Promotions
  • Program Expenses
  • Technology Expenses
  • Getting a Christian Leaders College ID Card (student pays postage)

Transfer Fee

The transfer fee applies to students who have completed degrees at other colleges and universities. This fee only applies to students who have received an Associate or Bachelor Degree at another institution and are applying it to one of CLC’s Bachelor Degree Programs.

Payment of Degree Administration Fee

Associate Degree: $1,500

Bachelor Degree: $1,500

If you need additional help in paying for administration fees, click on the Grant page. There are grants for developing nations, veterans, retirees, disabilities, single parentsacademics, vision partners, etc.  Click here to see the grant page.

If you meet the requirements for any of our available institutional grants, we ask that you only use the grant if needed. If a grant is used it will be subtracted from your Degree payment fee balance. You must redeem your grant at the time you make your one-time payment or before you set up your monthly payments.

Step Three – Pay for your Degree Administration Fee

You will now make a one-time payment or you will set up a monthly payment plan.

If you received a grant then it will be deducted from your payment(s) by using a custom payment link.

Student Vision Partners have access to exciting benefits to reduce the cost of their education.

Students who are able to pay in full will receive a $250 discount.

All payments must be made by credit/debit card or check. Students will not receive degrees until full payment of the Degree Administration Fee is received.

*Payment Plans

Monthly payment plans for the Degree Program are available. Once the payments for the Degree Program have been paid in full, payments will cease. All fees must be paid before a student may complete a degree program. A student is unable to be enrolled in a degree program until the first payment toward the administrative fee has been received.

*Refund Policy

CLC’s admission application and degree program enrollment fees are refundable for 30 days. After that, they are non-refundable.

Degree Administration Fee Scholarship

There are some situations, where Degree Administration Fee scholarships are needed for the entire amount of the degree administration fees.

Christian Leaders College operates a Pool of Bethesda Fees Scholarship program for those who cannot afford our admission and degree administration fees. It is a passion of Christian Leaders College to remove as many barriers as possible for someone to receive their education and credentials.

We do not charge tuition and Christian Leaders College does not plan to receive Title IV funds when we are fully accredited. We do not participate in federal or state financial aid programs.
Funding for this program comes from vision partners, and this funding may not be available to everyone who applies. Please do not apply for this funding unless you have absolutely no other option. Remember, that there is no guarantee that funding will become available to you.
