Todd Hazelton has been working in the Field of Radiology for over twenty years. He currently is the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the University of South Florida, Tampa Campus. He currently works as Thoracic Radiologist. He is married to Lisa and they have eight children. They also have grandchildren. Dr. Hazelton lives in Lakeland, Florida. Dr. Hazelton received his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in 1987. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine in 1993 from the same University. In 2016, Dr. Hazelton received his Master of Health Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
